Holidays

Holiday entitlement is 26 days per annum. In your first year this will be a pro rata entitlement depending on the date you join the Company. There are, of course, also 8 statutory holidays. In addition, there is a Holiday Bonus Scheme by which staff can opt for five extra days holiday per year or receive a cash bonus of 2% of salary.

Pensions

All permanent employees are entitled to join the Company contributory pension scheme. Full details will be provided should you be offered employment with us.

Relocation Assistance

If you have to relocate to a new area in order to take up employment with us you may be entitled to assistance towards the cost of your removal.

Throughout the year you will be able to formally review your progress and career direction with your manager through our Performance Management arrangements.
